They were getting roughly 400 to 450 visitors to their website every month \u2014 not bad at all for\na local professional services firm in Mumbai. But their phone was silent. Beautiful design. Professional photos. Clearly written\n        services section. No phone number on the homepage. No &#8220;Book a Consultation&#8221; button anywhere above the fold. The\n        only way to contact them was buried in the footer \u2014 which you reached after scrolling past four long sections.\n        Their Google Analytics data showed an average session duration of 47 seconds and a bounce rate of 79%. People\n        were reading the site and then leaving without contacting them.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a53e8ce elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a53e8ce\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe added a consultation booking button in the top navigation and a prominent phone number with a brief &#8220;Speak\n        to our team today&#8221; line in the hero section. Their contact form submissions went up by around 60% in the\n        following month. Same traffic. Same services. Page 2?\n        Page 5? If it is not on Page 1, the reality is harsh: <strong>research from Backlinko shows that the first 5\n          results on Page 1 of Google receive 67.6% of all clicks<\/strong>, and the percentage of people who go to Page\n        2 is consistently below 1%.
